" some 1/2 frames not capped".
Some options.....
Take out and extract the sealed frames, put the unsealed frames together
into super(s) and let the bees finish them off (seems best to me). If not
too many unsealed frames, extract the lot and average will still be lower
than 20% water.Leave all frames on a bit longer...seems like they are close
to finishing and capping the unsealed ones.

I'd wait until moisture is at most 19%.  18.5% is better.  Letting
extracted honey sit will not usually reduce moisture content.

Considering cool and wet weather in the past weeks, it will take longer for
the bees to reduce moisture in the hive.  20% moisture levels in uncapped
honey is on the high side. Leave the uncapped frames in the hive for now,
next week’s heat wave will probably give the bees a chance to cap the cells
properly. 15%-18% moisture level is acceptable.
