Have observed something I don't remember seeing before (but then my memory isn't that great any more).  During the first week of December through now I have observed a good quantity of mustard blooming here in the lower, west region of Alabama.  It's been hit several times with nighttime temperatures of around 20º so I'm not sure how well the flowers are producing pollen now.  I do know that bees were vigorously bringing in pollen to the early part of the bloom period before the hard freezes.  I've not seen any henbit or maples blooming.
