Hi Randy,

Most of the feedback from the List has been addressing the potential impacts 
of neonics on larval/adult honey bees and  pollen sourcing .  From a mundane 
position, I ask the following:

    1. Will all colonies be headed by 2011 sister queens?
    2. Will the treatments be randomized throughout the yard?
    3. Will the colonies be standing singly or clustered on pallets?
    4. Will drifting be minimized, and how?

I appreciate that you presented the List with a draft proposal; I'm curious 
about some of the variables that can affect results.

Best wishes for 2011 and particularly for a timely study which should 
interest all beekeepers.
