We'll find out in the spring. I'm taking a Tanzanian and a Kenyan TBH [both Russians] into this winter. I have not treated at all. they have ample stores and the cluster looks good. Also taking a Carni Long hive into the winter w/o treatment. Also has good stores. The carni had about 30 frames of brood at it's height. Backfilled quite nicely.
