I don't know why, but I feel strongly that I need an outside
colony for a 'comparison colony.' I feel I need to know what
a colony is capable of in my area. This will help me fix an
opinion on where I am at with the ferals.

The ferals that perform best here, seem to be of the type
typically described as Wild Italians. Introducing an Italian
bee would IMO do little harm against my goals, which
happen to be rid the area of the darker types, which I've
had little luck with.

Best Wishes,
J. Waggle
