I've TRIED many times to feed syrup to swarms, Nucs and frames of bees being transferred using plastic zip-lock bags with pin holes (one to several) in the side facing down. I suck the air out of the bag and seal the zip-lock. I've heard of other beeks having good success this way, but every time I try it the bags empty so fast that syrup drips all over frames and bees then puddles in the bottom of the nuc box! I'm using a small diameter pin and last night only put two holes in the bag. What am I doing wrong?
