Re: "melter honey" - we should all think of this as a marketing
opportunity.  While the stuff is discolored, there's still value.  Around
here there's a contingent that looks forward to purchasing "Bacon Honey"
every year.  They tell me the stuff's perfect for bakin' bread, vegetables,
etc.  Bacon honey!
