The Journal of Pediatrics study looks a bit suspect to me.
According to the "scientific" method you can't run a search for Botulism
And Honey and then automatically link the 2. Kids being fed Honey could
also have been fed lots of other Botulism carriers.(See Richard Feynmans
book "The meaning of it all"-P 80/81).You must not select the peculiar
case just because you've found the peculiar case.
However I agree with playing it safe.
