Looking up the link that Dee gave,
http://www.nysaes.cornell.edu/ent/biocontrol/pathogens/fungi.html, I
noticed the statement: "Metarhizium anisopliae is registered in the U.S.
for control of household cockroaches." Hmmm, perhaps once Metarhizium
anisopliae is FDA registered hive roaches may no longer be a nuisance in
Metarhizium anisopliae treated hives, at least for a while until they too,
roaches, become resistant to the primary treatment.
