Thank you for your comments Ernie.  I will try to track down Michael Simics and seek his advice.

They seem to have the equipment market as their own but even here I can see that there is room to develop the product further.

Before looking in detail at the equipment I would like to understand a bit more about the yield and the type of colony needed.  Since bee venom has distinct advantages in helping to manage arthritis and since the American population is aging and since arthritis can impact older people then it may be a good product to explore ....
