Use any two liter plastic soda bottle:

Cut a 1 1/4 inch hole near the top of the bottle.

Add:  1 cup white vinegar
       1 cup sugar
       1 Banana peel

Fill with 3/4 water and hang bottle near hive.

Good Luck.......it works for me.
