Very common....  I think I am at 22 for the season this year.   I stack 100 empty's in a stack.  usually 2/3 in the stack get occupied.  Mostly wild swarms.   
Whats wild is the most common picked ones are theones missing frames 3 being the best,  and thats the space they fill first,  many times never going past it!.
