Some of you have asked  when the paper will be published - here is the  
response from the journal -   
 
 
In general, all of our papers are under embargo until 5 pm ET on the date  
of publication.   We do not have a publication date yet, but as  soon as we 
do we will let you know.  
 
So, we are all on hold until this happens.  Jerry
