That seems to be trying to link the root with the flower. The root is used
as a potato substitute and it fine for diabetics, but the nectar is still
sugar and not good for diabetics.

I have several stands of JA, but any nectar that comes from them seems to be
overwhelmed by all the other sources available. Have no idea what an acre of
it would yield. Grows like a weed.
