I know it has been said Bees hate horses but I have always had bees around
mine with no general aggression. The one time I did have trouble was a
beautiful fall day with bees flying but nothing much to work. I was waiting
for the trimmer and had liberally sprayed my horse with Farnhams
emulsifiable spray Repel-X. We were attached and run out of the area.
Don't know what was in it but I had to move to the neighbors yard for safety
and put the horse in the back gate to avoid the bees.
