Seeking information related to the
first queen bees shipped by mail.

Was K. P. Kidder involved in this achievement?

Kidder describes a method of shipping bees
in 'Secrets of bee-keeping' 1868

Did Kidder reside in Vermont or Massachusetts?

I located reference to a beekeeper in
Massachusetts shipping queens in
1867, -seeking the persons name.

Also seeking a date for first package
bees sent by mail.

Best Wishes
