Not so much, here in Upstate New York. My motto used to be: Get them wrapped by Thanksgiving and leave them alone till after Easter. Easter came early this year, and I will probably wait another week or two. Especially since the daytimes temps are going to be in the 40s and snow is in the forecast. I know some beekeepers around here like to install packages in April but I prefer to wait till the first week of May for that. One person's spring is another's winter, the final chapter.
