Brion,

I did check with Dr Ellis, and registration attempts have been dropped.

I like Jim's suggestion that it be added as an inert ingredient.

Alternatively, it is apparently legal to use to bleach the top bars of
your frames.  If you happen to miss each stroke, and accidentally
dribble it over the bees, I'm not sure that you'd be breaking any
laws.
