> I have read a fair bit on the importance, benefits, content, storage and use by different age bees of fresh and processed pollen (beebread) but was wondering how long uncovered bee bread can last before it degrades.  From what I have read when covered by honey it can last for at leased months if not longer.  I have some uncovered bee bread in frames that I need to store this fall/winter.  If I cover them in 2:1 syrup will they last till spring?
