Hi Carm:

The scrap plywood I use is large enough to make one piece sides and ends. I
join the pieces together at right angles with two #20 biscuits and two #6
screws 2" long ( these are for clamping the joint while it hardens but I
suppose they provide some strength.

Using the Titebond II glue, I have not yet had any failures in the glue
lines. It is a very quick way to make supers; in fact they seem to take
about as long to make as it takes to assemble the finger jointed ones.
