Suzanne asked about "rent", and Ian responded with "5% of your
honey".
 
For the majority of our outyards, the land owners have been happy with
a 2 lb. jar of honey per colony per year, which is a bit less than 5% of
my production. I'm not sure if that means I'm a cheap S.O.B. or a good
negotiator.... (or just plain lucky?)
