I'm not a corn farmer, but my understanding is
the corn plants shed pollen for only 1 week durimg
the growing season, hence I would guess the pollen
would be available to the bees for only 1 week?

I also understand that although sweet corn may be
sprayed a few times with insecticides, sweet corn
makes up only a tiny fraction of the corn acreage
grown in the Midwest, hence the vast majority of
the corn is never sprayed.
