Under a thread titled "Feeding Bee Pollen mix" Bill Truesdell added comments
about feeding candy over the cluster. Candy feeding is far different than
pollen feeding. Candy feeding is subsistence feeding whereas pollen patties
is stimulative feeding, the intent of which is to jump start one's bees to
raise abundant brood at a time when they would normally be raising minimal
brood.
