Hi all,
I'm pretty sure that Washington state has a license, too. I understand
that Roy Thurber of WA. was one of the first beekeepers to design and use
an ETO fumigator for sterilizing bee equiment. Last I heard, there is a
fumigator in operation in Stanwood, WA.
Cheers,
Dave Pehling
