Mason bees will do just fine without an orchard. Remember an orchard is
only in bloom for a few weeks out of the year, and the bees must have other
nectar and pollen sources to survive for the rest of the year. Your bees
will do just fine. They will emerge earlier if you put them on a sunny,
south-facing wall.
