Here in Australia we can buy light bulbs for our normal household that are yellow and are sold under names such as bug light. They do not attract insects. We use them and find they work and will not attract bees from hives near the house nor moths. The normal white bulbs do attract bees and moths.
If they work for household lights, maybe there is an equivalent for lights on vehicles or even put a yellow covering over the lights. FWIW
