Tom in CT advises that sentence has been carried out on the troublesome
hive. Tom also mentions that he is going to get some queens in the Spring.

(My apologies to all members outside Ireland for the local nature of what
follows!).

I cannot purchase a queen here in Ireland before July next as they are just
not available to my knowledge. Any Irish beekeepers available to help me
out?. The Irish Authorities will not permit me to import queens because of
varroa, so I am not allowed to look for queens abroad.

Sincerely

Tom Barrett
