Passion fruit in Hawaii is most efficiently pollenated with the carpenter
bee, which is similar to the bumble bee (Apis Bombidae).
Also, while it may be true that the volume of nectar produced by Mango is
small, I have encountered anecdotal evidence of allergic reactions to
"mango honey." I am guessing this may be more due to the trace Mango
pollen in the honey than the actual source of the nectar.
