Dear Mr. Wolford,
there shouldn't be any problem moving the hives at a temperature above
freezing point of water and in these days at the beginning of the cold
period.
If you are waiting too long, then I would prefer changing the hives'
places after the first flights of the bees in springtime. Otherwise you
may cause more Nosema and eventually some losses.
