Hi All,
 
           Kelley , Brushy Mountain and possibly some other companies sell a
food grade quality,plastic coating,that You could coat the inside of the
galvanized extractor.As long as it is not flaking badly,this would work.The
product is called "Camcoat",and is made for coating food equipment.Hope this
