It is widely supposed Latin America is the paradise of Burocracy and
this fact is an important cause of its misfortunes.
America (North)seems competing hard in this field.
Is hardly believable a oil edible for babies is forbbiden for bees
for the only reason is dangerous for varroas health (their desvastating
parasit).
