Regarding my query about group rates for EAS at Seven Springs:

Well, I surfed to http://www.7springs.com and found their 800 number and
lodging information. The one week rate for a 1 BR condo is $670 less
10% in July and August due to no air conditioning. Calling the 800
number I discovered as Lloyd said that there is a discounted rate for
EAS attendees of $90 per night (single) or $132 (double). Normal rates
are $155 single, $205 double - I assume the rooms are air conditioned.
Seems one can save close to $200 renting a condo for a week vs a double
room for 6 nights, provided one is willing to forego air con. However,
I have not verified this with Seven Springs.
