Hi Aaron.
I have been out of touch with the trade in PR for years now.  I understand
that the University has a program.  It might be a good idea for him to
check (a local call once he gets there).  Also, check Apicultura in the
phone book.  I am sure that the beekeepers there will take good care of
him.
   I will check the net for Apiculture topics in PR (sometime this week)
and let you know.
