Honey bee management is quickly changing. Not only must we manage our
bees, we must also be able to effectively manage the newly introduced
parasitic mites that attack them. This course is designed to cover the
basics of keeping bees for the production of honey while focusing on the
control of diseases and mites. The Changing Fundamentals of Beekeeping is
open to all interested beekeepers as well as individuals interested in
becoming beekeepers.
All participants will receive an updated edition of The Fundamentals of
Beekeeping as a course guide and a 20% discount on the purchase of all for-
sale beekeeping education materials.
