Hi all
Does anyone know if Fireweed honey makes a nice smooth
creamed honey? I took a colony up north to the Muskoka
area of Ontario (Canada) for the late summer and have
extracted three supers, two of which were empty when the
colony arrived there and fireweed was starting to bloom at
that time. So I assume it is mainly fireweed honey. These
two supers of honey have started to crystalize in the buckets
and seems smooth at this point. So I wondering if I should
bottle it into some cream honey containers or not.
