For anyone interested this should take you to the US Standards for
(Extracted) HONEY. It is a PDF file and you can d/l the reader at this site
if you do not have one. Don't forget there are local standards, and state
standards, labeling standard, and standards for standards that also must be
checked before selling honey, then there are taxes, licences, fees, and
many other government schemes to get into your pocket. Maybe its better not
to check out any of these laws and have a happy day because once you get
into the business of food processing you won't get many of those from then on.
