re the enquiry from Kuwait.
 
I also received a direct enquiry and replied.  I believe he is referring to
fermented honey and told him if that was so I did not recommend such honey
for consumption either by people or bees and in any case would not recommend
feeding honey from unspecified source to bees because of the risk of
transmitting bee diseases.
