Speaking of which, what are the advantages or disadvantages of 9 frames in
the brood chambers?
I am using 9 frames in all my honey boxes, but 10 still in the brood
chambers. I have thought of switching to 9 but caution has prevented me
from doing so. I was wondering if the reduction in area for brood, or
winter stores would endanger the colony?
