I have been told that ibuprofen or any drug that ends with the
extension -profen should not be used by beekeepers. Apparently, there
is something in this drug that heightens one's sensitivity to bee
venom. I cannot remember or verify the sources but I have heard it
more than once. Maybe it was even on this list. Has anyone else heard
this anywhere?
