It's quite correct but the german aestyl=ethyl in english; thus this
drug real correct name is "ethylmercury-thiosalicylic acid".  You'll
also find it under the name "Thimerosal".
 
I knew about this drug for more than 30 years : it was in use in
Belgium but disappeared with Fumagillin(Fumidil).  This drug is toxic
for the Nosema but also for the bees and the human !  Seems actually
its use is authorized in Germany yet but I'm sure it isn't in Belgium.
 
Once more, the solution is to find (and keep) bees not too sensitive to
Nosema ! IMHO the Carnica and related one are too much !
