I do not sell pollen, not even, less than 50 lbs. I harvest only a
little for my own use, and some for winter/spring supplement. What I
do harvest I do not dry at all. I keep it frozen. I know that for
personal use I don't care for dried pollen, and it is so much easier
to feed back to the bees in the winter/spring from a frozen condition.
I did buy some frozen pollen from a local health food store long ago.
It cost more than I can imagine spending. Have any of you hobbiests
looked into the "Frozen Pollen" market? It looks to me that there is
more potential income, and one less processing step. And the product
is tastier!
