Are we still talking about honey and memristor? I don't know about sugars (honey) being semiconductors. Conductors yes, conductivity is one measurable property, but a semiconductor?
But it would be interesting if the honey contained semiconductor elements, for example from ecological emissions, import from the worker's metabolism during its production, bacterial and enzymatic activity, which would be semiconductors from and in honey. So, in the diploma thesis, it is written which honey is the most suitable for the production of memristors according to the type of honey, the place of its production? Or can any honey be used, like fake honey?
