Others do.

The wholesale price for northeast wildflower honey increases yearly. If purchased in 60-gallon buckets, it is currently between $3.50 and $4.20 per pound. Bulk honey prices are irrelevant to most small-scale packers since the investment in equipment and production space prohibits their participation in bulk discounts.
