I am 83 years old and had a heart attack when I was 59. Two stents were
installed, which have since been replaced, and about five years after the
heart attack a defibrillator was installed.
I run about 150 hives and exclusively use medium supers with 8-frame
spacers. These run a consistent 65 pounds when filled. I generally do
not have help.
I watch my weight and now weigh about 30 lbs less than when I had my heart
attack.
I see a cardiologist 2x a year. She seems to monitor me closely and has
not expressed concern with my exertions.
