I don't think it wise to disparage a legit vendor with EPA/FDA/USDA approved-products to sell with a claim that anything is a "scam".
More likely, they have a tiny staff, and a lot of inquiries are not being responded to, as they selectively respond to some perceived "key customer types" that Fred in marketing identified as being the priority for sales of the first few batches. So, answer the "what kind of operation are you" question the right way, and you get called right back. Everything else is in a pile awaiting the production ramp up.
While it is poor marketing to not make clear where the initial focus is, if there is one, there are many opportunities for such "details" to be dropped on the floor between the brainstorming meetings and the intern writing the copy for the website.
Dylan says that they are also working on EFB, Chalkbrood, and a combined AFB/EFB vaccine.
Those OTHER newer vaccines may well need cooperating beekeepers to do some "field trials", but a product that has been approved for marketing does not need any more field trials.
