LOL... I was CNG for a while, ended up being Board Pres! Good org; I like what they do. But this cert does nothing for clients who need ("need") organic certification to comply with OTHER programs.

I agree that "organic" is ultimately meaningless, even if it's from organic programs in Brazil or Nicaragua... where the inputs are clean but the area is a 20 square-mile clearcut, and the commerce involves thousands of food miles. Local is best, and my query here is academic... I can find outlets that can co-promote with me about the local value... just have to dig into the industry to understand and possibly advise when I get pressed.
