Two comments:
1. Bumbles represent one of those myriad of specialists I have spoken of earlier in this thread. For instance, bumble bees are excellent pollinators for tomatoes as they vibrate the pollen with their wing muscle in the musical note that approximates a C , I am learning. (On my ten acre, I have planted hundreds of Vitex for both my bees and other pollinators, which attracts lots of bumbles even after their earlier demise a few years back)
2. Glyphosate is just one compound to be *mixed* with others to be sprayed while the concoction is collectively called Glyphosate. The other compounds in the mix, some argue, are much worse and deadlier than Glyphosate itself.
