Hello Bill,A question: was the sample that sent to each lab coming from the same container? as a duplicate sample. This could help in describing different results if the source of sample was different.
My advice you contact the USDA lab and ask them for to explain the results. You may share with them the other lab results. Thus, the calculation and reporting an be redone to. E ensure the values are correct and presented prompt. In this case you would be able to compare results. I am certain that the USDA lab will help you and explain the results of their test.
