All home remedies, experimentation and anecdotes aside, maybe not everyone realizes that MediHoney is a totally standard wound dressing in American hospitals and in the US army.  It is ubiquitous especially in burn treatment. I know this because I have a relative who’s an RN in a hospital. Check it out- insurance even reimburses!
