I think that is what I was trying to say, but I was also trying to limit my post to 3 sentences. Dr. Berenbaum drove it home with the statement that "the p-value may be very small, but it is never zero." The statement was used by Charles Poole in the Journal of Public Health, 1987; he also said "the p-value function allows the reader to think."
